About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as a primary technical expert for home climate control systems, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. You will play a vital role in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and delivering high-quality repair solutions that keep residential environments running at peak performance.
Responsibilities-
Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and repairs on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to restore optimal functionality.

Execute routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning air handlers, clearing drainage lines, and inspecting ductwork to prevent future system failures.

Deliver expert technical guidance to homeowners, explaining system health and recommending necessary upgrades or efficiency improvements.

Maintain precise documentation of all service visits and repairs to ensure accurate equipment history tracking.

Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex HVAC/R system malfunctions efficiently.

Adhere to all safety protocols while navigating diverse residential environments, including attics and crawlspaces.
Qualifications-
2-5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair.

Current EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least three years.

Proven ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs and working in confined spaces.

Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
