Job Summary

Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage
- Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with licensing regulations
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies or products to enhance their wellness journey
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and facility protocols
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to provide the highest quality care
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or regional requirements
- Proven experience delivering massage therapy services in a spa, wellness center, or spa setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patient needs and apply appropriate techniques
- Experience performing patient assessments to identify areas of tension or discomfort and customize treatments accordingly
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients and explaining treatment benefits clearly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
