Job Summary:
Provides day‑to‑day supervision and technical support in contract drafting, review, processing, and compliance activities. Ensures accuracy, maintains workflow processes, and supports contract‑related communication with programs, departments, and contractors.
Job Duties:
- Drafts, reviews, and processes contracts and agreements in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines.
- Supervises staff responsible for contract preparation and supporting documentation.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of contract authorization forms and service packets.
- Maintains workflow control systems and tracking documentation.
- Provides technical guidance to departments and staff regarding contract procedures.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract details, status, payments, and requirements.
- Ensures contract templates are updated and compliant under the direction of the Director.
- Implements departmental processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
