Roofing Production Manager → Estimator | Career Path
Proliance's commercial division is looking for someone currently in roofing production or project management who's ready to move into estimating full-time.
If you're running jobs, you already understand scope, materials, and what drives cost - you've just been doing it from the field side. This role moves you to the estimating seat: reading plans and specs, building takeoffs, and pricing commercial roofing and siding jobs from proposal through award.

What you'll be doing:
- Building proposals for commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior systems
- Performing material and labor takeoffs across commercial property types
- Reviewing drawings, specs, and blueprints to produce accurate estimates
- Pricing commercial scopes - you already know what tends to get missed from running the job
- Collaborating with sales and production for smooth handoffs
- Using Xactimate and AccuLynx - training provided
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience in roofing production, project management, or field supervision
- Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, mod-bit, metal) and siding/cladding
- Comfortable reading plans, specs, and blueprints
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ready to move from the field to the office, full-time
