ACT 2 Services Inc. is a full-service logistics linehaul trucking company serving California, Oregon, Washington to Texas, in business for over 30 years.
We are looking for a CLASS A TEAM Driver Owner Operator (HAZ MAT Endorsement required) to pull our 53' trailers to run up and down the west coast to Texas. Freight is driver no touch, mostly airline freight, all loads average 28,000 lbs.
Compensation would be $1.65 per mile base; plus current fuel is $.84 per mile (fuel rate changes weekly). Average miles per week from 4,500 to 5,500 miles, based on 1-2 days off per week at home. We pay weekly.
If Operator prefers to run under their own authority, pulling ACT 2 Services trailers, they must have their own MC / DOT Operating Authority with a satisfactory rating. Insurance requirements: $1 mil. General Liabiltiy, $1 mil. Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Truck Cargo. Apportioned License Plate.
If Operator prefers to run under ACT 2 Services MC /DOT number, you can either have your own insurance or purchase insurance from ACT 2 Services ($10,000 deductible). Apportioned License Plate.
All drivers must be able to pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment background check and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Drivers must be able to communicate in English per DOT regulations.
Vehicle must be equipped with Electronic Log Device.
