Key Responsibilities
1. The /"Front Line/" Experience

Menu Mastery: Be the expert. You should be able to explain the difference between our brisket and pork steaks to a first-timer with total confidence.

Efficient Order Entry: Navigate the POS system with speed and accuracy to keep the line moving without sacrificing hospitality.

Upselling with Purpose: Recommend the perfect side or a seasonal special to round out a guest's tray.
2. Kiosk /"Showroom/" Maintenance

Spotless Standards: In a kiosk, the guest sees everything. You’ll keep the counter, beverage station, and condiment area obsessively clean.

Restocking: Ensure the /"grab-and-go/" items, utensils, and napkins are always staged and ready for the next rush.
3. Team Synergy

Communication: Work in lockstep with the slicing team and the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and manage guest expectations on wait times.
