As the Operations Coordinator, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of both Facilities and Environmental Services by coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting department leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate departmental documentation, reports, and communications

Manage inventory, purchasing, and supply replenishment

Maintain employee files, competency records, and regulatory documentation

Coordinate maintenance requests and departmental service calls
-
Conduct facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance
-
Perform patient rounds to identify service opportunities and enhance the patient experience
-
Assist leadership with quality improvement initiatives and operational projects
-
Prepare employee counseling and performance documentation for leadership review

Track departmental metrics and maintain accurate operational records
-
Collaborate with multiple departments to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
-
Two (2) or more years of administrative, office coordination, or operations support experience required
-
Previous experience in healthcare, Facilities Management, or Environmental Services preferred

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
