Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a high-energy team. This role includes coaching employees, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the store meets visual and operational standards
- Create and execute local marketing or community event initiatives to grow brand awareness
- Track KPIs and report performance to upper management

Pay: $20.99 - $24.00 per hour
