Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys helping people? Everdry Waterproofing is looking for dedicated Foundation Inspectors to assess residential water intrusion and structural issues. If you have a background in home services, construction, or just possess a strong mechanical aptitude and great communication skills, we want to talk to you.
We provide 100% pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. No cold calling or door-to-door canvassing.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive in-home inspections of foundations, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Diagnose the root cause of water intrusion, moisture issues, and foundation degradation.
- Educate homeowners on your findings and design customized repair solutions to ensure a safe, healthy home environment.
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding the homeowner through the project scope and pricing.
What We’re Looking For:
- A consultative, honest, and educational approach to customer service.
- Background in home inspection, construction, HVAC, or remodeling is a huge plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training on all waterproofing and foundation repair science.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
