Pacific Link Communications is looking for a Sales Associate to join a growing telecommunications sales team focused on connecting customers with AT&T wireless phones and data plans. In this role, the Sales Associate will work directly with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve their communication experience. As a Sales Associate, you will support team growth by building relationships, presenting wireless solutions, and contributing to consistent sales performance.
Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
- In-person customer engagement to present AT&T wireless phones and data plans
- Uncover customer needs and recommend wireless options that fit their usage.
- Develop new customer opportunities through outreach to support the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales tracking
- Attend trainings to improve outreach strategies and overall sales performance
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and market knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
