Job Summary
CPR Cell Phone Repair is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and other hardware repairs.
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform device resets, updates, and data transfers.
- Explain repair options, pricing, and timelines to customers.
- Maintain accurate repair records and customer information.
- Ensure repairs meet company quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
- Assist customers with device protection products and accessories.
- Meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or consumer electronics required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and repair software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other major device brands.
- Knowledge of microsoldering (a plus but not required).
- Sales or retail experience.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
