Job Responsibilities
Perform pressure washing and painting on homes, duplexes, multi-family properties
Perform routine checks on properties, (ex. monthly ac filter changes for all properties) checklist will be provided, and will be expected to provide a weekly report and update a google sheet with all information
Maintains the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots, common areas, and sidewalks, if furniture is present, handyman will be expected to remove and move
General knowledge of tile layer, demolition, changing outlets, installing light fixtures, patching walls
Requirements
Own/lease a truck
Basic tools and a valid Driver's License
Minimum 5 years experience in multifamily maintenance preferably with knowledge of Section 8 Housing minimum housing requirements
Billingual (Spanish/English)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
