Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and eager to bring family and friends together over the best desserts in the world. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of cookies, pies, cheesecakes, & cakes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform stellar customer service to all paying customers from the point of entry
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Dress cookies, cakes, pies, & cheesecakes to resemble the weekly dessert menu provided by Crumbl HQ
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Package desserts for customer orders, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Communicate openly on a team during business rushes & peak store hours
- Learn quickly and adapt under pressure
Skills
- No experience needed! You will be cross trained on each station within the Crumbl Kitchen!
- Prior employment within a bakery setting or Crumbl establishment is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
