MUST have Hospital liaison/ marketer experience
Responsibilities:
Serve as Liasion between Sub-Acute Rehabilitation facilities admissions departments and the referring hospitals.
Obtain additional information needed in order to process the admission
Meet with families of prospective patient in hospital setting to provide information and answer any questions
Coordinate tours for the families within the facilities
Work closely with the Social Workers and Case Managers in referring hospitals to assist in streamlining the discharge process
Provide Social Workers and Case Managers updates on status of referrals sent to facilities
This is a mobile position.
Candidate should be self motivated, able to represent in professional manner in hospital setting, and have very strong communication skills.
Health care experience and relevant experience in this role preferred.
