Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome visitors at the front desk.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.

Book dining reservations for guest using Resy.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.

Build relationships with guests to enhance their experience.

Availability Needed: Days, Nights, Weekends, Including Sundays!
Qualifications:

High school diploma required.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Weekend/Sunday availability is a must.
