AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required, and prepare service orders. They are extremely personable, have the ability to multi-task, and can handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
*Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2 years of experience in Automotive Service Department is a PLUS but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Learns quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass criminal background/drug test
