What You'll Do
-
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless)

Perform maintenance and identify repair or replacement needs
-
Communicate clearly with homeowners-no high-pressure sales required

Keep accurate service notes and job documentation

Follow safety standards and best practices
-
Support and mentor less experienced techs when needed
What You Bring
-
2+ years of HVAC service experience
-
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
-
Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or similar systems is a plus
-
Valid driver's license with clean record

Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
