We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide therapeutic treatments tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires a commitment to enhancing patient well-being through effective massage techniques and exceptional patient service. We are looking for Therapists that can work evenings (2:30-6:00) and weekends mornings (8:30-12:30).
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective treatment practices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa environment to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and pain management strategies to enhance their overall wellness.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment area.
