PRIMARY FUNCTION: Full Time Retail Keyholder
DEPARTMENT: Retail Division – The Shop
REPORTS TO: Retail Manager
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a full-time Retail Keyholder that contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience for each customer. This individual will support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, stock organization, and maintaining efficient operational workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience both in-store and our online business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers to store utilizing 5-star language.

Drive Sales by exceeding sales goals and service expectations

Actively contributes to the store environment by restocking products, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness based on brand standard.

Collaborate with the Retail Manager to maintain inventory levels and inventory counts.

Assists Retail Manager in the fulfillment of orders placed on The Dewberry Webstore

Complete all daily operating procedures through opening and closing checklists.

Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge to the customer.

Monitor and respond to customer emails received in the retail division

Maintain a visible, engaging and active presence in the Shop
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
-
2-3 years of luxury retail experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Detail oriented and has an eagerness to provide unparalleled guest experience

Ability to lift fifty pounds, stand or sit for long periods of time
-
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
