Responsibilities:
- Perform facial treatments, primarily buccal massage, sculpting, and lymphatic drainage techniques (training provided).
- Assess client skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and products to enhance results.
- Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards per California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Promote memberships and other services to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold company standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
Schedule: Part-Time — 4-hour shifts
Pay: $17.00 - $34.68 per hour
