Job Description Overview:
Kiddie Academy of League City West is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and values-driven Teachers for our tots, 2-year-old and 3-year-old classrooms. This role is ideal for an early childhood professional who is passionate about child development, classroom leadership, and delivering excellence through structure, consistency, and care.

Key Responsibilities Classroom Leadership & Instruction
- Lead and manage a tot, 2-year-old or 3-year-old classroom with consistency and care
- Implement Kiddie Academy curriculum with fidelity and creativity
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Observe, document, and support each child’s developmental progress
- Maintain classroom schedules, routines, and lesson plans
Child Care & Development
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children at all times
- Support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior management
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children
Parent Communication & Partnership
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families
- Share daily updates, milestones, and classroom activities
- Partner with parents to support each child’s growth and success
Classroom & Campus Standards
- Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Support meal service and CACFP guidelines as assigned
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to strengthen campus culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience teaching toddlers (2s or 3s) in a licensed childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable, patient, and solutions-oriented
- Passion for children, families, and excellence in early learning
- CDA, Early Childhood education coursework, or degree preferred
