We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and plan of care
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient status
- Document care accurately and report changes to supervising RN
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatments and safety
- Follow all agency policies and infection control standards
Qualifications:
- Active LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Home health experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Pay: $50.00 per hour
