BLACK DIAMOND ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, LLC. is a leading provider of high-quality roofing and construction services. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, where you will be either straight commission or a base salary with monthly quotas that need met. Job description is strictly sales and general management over crews. Sales will be driven by our in depth marketing plan, door knocking, chamber meetings, networking and social media. Working evenings and weekends is required when in demand and attending home shows and events. Commission based work so sky is the limit for those who are motivated and willing to learn our proven systems. Training and structure provided to help each candidate succeed.
Duties
- Perform roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the selection of materials and tools necessary for each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety practices related to construction sites.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
