We are seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to our managers and employees. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in business administration and office operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable learning new tasks. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to help keep our office running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages
- Greet and provide general assistance to visitors
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with meeting preparation and take accurate meeting notes/minutes
- Prepare and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, forms, and other documents
- Assist with regularly scheduled reports and administrative documentation
- Develop, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Maintain company contact lists and administrative records
- Assist with maintaining office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research products, pricing, and potential vendors
- Make travel and meeting arrangements as needed
- Provide administrative support to managers and senior administrative staff
- Respond to routine requests and assist with day-to-day office needs
- Perform light office cleaning and help maintain a neat, organized workplace
- Run occasional business-related errands as required
- Perform other administrative and related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or training in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Little to no professional experience required; training will be provided
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices
- Comfortable using standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn new software, systems, and procedures
