We are looking for passionate Master’s-level Social Work (MSW) and Mental Health Counseling (MHC) professionals to join our clinical team. This role is designed specifically for early-career clinicians and recent graduates who want a supportive, structured, and education-driven space to grow.
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule based out of our beautiful, brand-new clinic in Waltham, MA. We ask that you join us on-site for just 2 days a week to connect with your team and clients. We don't believe in hot-desking—our Waltham clinic features 15 spacious, newly constructed offices, and you get to pick your own dedicated space to make your own. While only two in-person days are needed, the office is yours to use as often as you like!

- Hands-On Practice: The perfect physical space to conduct comprehensive intake assessments, psychological testing, and group therapy sessions.

- Paid Orientation & Caseload Building: Start your journey with a fully paid orientation. As you settle in, we thoughtfully and gradually build up your caseload, starting with a manageable baseline of 5 to 6 clients, to ensure you feel completely comfortable and prepared.

Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
- Eligible for, or actively working toward, LCSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
- Fully licensed professionals (LICSW / LMHC) are highly encouraged to apply and will be aligned with an advanced compensation structure!
- Willingness to enjoy a hybrid work style, spending 2 days a week on-site at our Waltham clinic.
