WANTED: A smart, ambitious Recruiter Associate to help scale a fast-growing technology company.
We are seeking an entry-level Recruiting professional to help us grow our company. This position will be located in our Lehi, UT office. The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for assisting with the company’s recruiting efforts, primarily in Sales, Marketing, Technical, and University recruiting. The right person is an out-of-the-box thinker who is looking for both personal and professional growth.
What you will be doing
● Manage the entire recruiting process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and the on-boarding of all new employees
● Source both passive and direct candidates for various company positions through Linkedin, networking, posting on job boards, and other prospecting means.
● Create content to boost recruiting presence and employer brand on social media
● Drive content creation for recruitment – job descriptions and careers site content
● Work with the LiveSwitch leadership team to understand and anticipate current and future hiring needs
● Proactively generate and present weekly reports and dashboards on all recruitment and onboarding activity
What We’re Looking for
● Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance - cumulative GPA of 3.8+ (recent grads are encouraged to apply).
● 0 - 2 years of experience in recruitment
● Ability to build relationships with potential candidates and assess their fit for open positions
● Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques – AI and web-based tactics, networking, development of recruiting sources and programs (ex, college/university recruiting).
● Exceptional analytical skills, a critical mind, and well-honed written and verbal communications.
● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
● Excellent written, in-person, and video conference communication skills
● Self-motivated, innovative, detail-oriented, organized

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
