Job Description
The inside sales specialist is typically responsible for contacting potential new customers, handling the needs of existing customers, and advancing and closing the sales process. The main objective is to provide inside sales support for the specific region/client segment to which they are assigned; this includes contacting customers, creating price quotes, and accepting and processing new orders. Inside sales specialists work closely with outside sales representatives, warehouse teams, and leadership for product pricing and availability. This position also works directly with external customers on a daily basis and provide direct support to the sales department. They help ensure proper communication and sales documentation occurs and is encouraged to make recommendations to help improve process and workflow to maximize efficiency.
The day-to-day responsibilities of a Karish inside sales specialist vary, but typical tasks include seeking out and contacting potential customers, requesting and scheduling, cold calling, generating sales leads, and receiving, reviewing and processing new purchase orders/sales. Inside sales specialists also perform market research to locate and develop new customer contacts and sales opportunities. This position requires work during regular business hours (7am – 3:30pm), although schedules may vary depending on the time of year, job location, and position. This position reports to the Sr. Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements
· 1-4 years Inside Sales Experience
· Excellent Communications Skills – Verbal & Written
· CRM experience, preferably Zoho
· Top Multitasking Skills
· Organized & Personable
· Solid computer skills in CRM, Word, Excel and Teams.
· Team Player
· Bi-lingual a plus – English and Spanish
· Electrical Wire & Cable Experience a plus
Job Particulars
· Salary range $45,000-$50,000, plus generous quarterly and annual bonus plan
