Dietz & Watson’s growing E-commerce business is looking for an experienced account manager to join our team and take an immediate active role to continue to build our best-in-class e-commerce program. The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for growing relationships with key accounts, achieving sales targets, profitability and ensuring complete channel partner success. Ideal candidates will be organized self-starters, have experience in the digital space and experience working with major E-commerce sites. Successful candidates will also possess high analytical acumen skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to leverage resources that drive category growth.

Principle Responsibilities Include:

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts and data supplier vendors (IRI, Retailer Specific Accounts, etc.) to drive category growth and results

Build solid internal partnerships with internal Retail Marketing, Sales, & Analytic Teams

Collaboration with the e-commerce marketing team to ensure all channel partner business requirements are met

Optimizing Product Search and navigation, promotional content slots, product content, merchandising, and cross sell opportunities.

Negotiate and manage price alignments

Meet or exceed assigned sales and profit objectives within assigned accounts and trade spending programs

Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting directs the achievement of short and long term business objectives, is responsible for designated complete account ownership and achievement of annual sales budgets

Work with customers to plan and set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive key account relationship

Work closely with Brick & Mortar sales & marketing teams to identify in-store opportunities based on on-line success

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account sales, marketing and technology needs on a regular basis

Collaboration with merchandising and product development to deliver impactful assortments that drive channel growth
