A provider in early childhood education is seeking an experienced and passionate Center Director to lead a high-quality learning center dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for children from six weeks through 12 years of age.

Position Overview
The Center Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and success of the center. This role partners closely with families, educators, and the local community to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences while driving enrollment growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of early childhood educators
- Build strong partnerships with families to support each child’s growth and development
- Foster positive relationships with staff, licensing agencies, community partners, and local stakeholders
- Lead center operations, ensuring compliance with all state licensing and accreditation standards
- Drive enrollment growth through community outreach, relationship-building, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth
- Create a positive, engaging culture focused on learning, collaboration, and excellence
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience with demonstrated success developing and leading teams
- Strong passion for early childhood education and child development
- Proven ability to build relationships with families and staff
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Early Childhood Education required
- Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for the role
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
Preferred:
- Budget management and revenue generation experience
- Knowledge of accreditation standards (NAEYC/NAC) and state licensing regulations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Ability to maintain visual and physical engagement with children, including bending, kneeling, and active participation throughout the day
