Location: NY, 14527
Contract Dates: April 14, 2026 – July 18, 2026 (14 weeks)
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Part-time: 37.5 hours per biweekly cycle
Rotating schedule: 2x8s one week, 3x8s next week
Shift times: approx. 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM (12-hour clock noted where applicable)
Day/Night shifts as needed
Every other weekend required (EOW)
Holidays required
Must attend first-day orientation on Tuesday or Thursday
Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision
Assist with ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility, skin care)
Maintain safe, clean, and supportive resident environment
Support restorative care including ambulation, transfers, and positioning
Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
Document all care per facility protocols
Active NYS Nursing Assistant certification required
BLS (AHA or RQI only) required
Minimum 1 year CNA/LTC experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Contract-to-perm opportunity
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible (clinical setting)
Must follow infection control and safety standards
Works with adult and geriatric populations
