B2B Customer Service Associate
AR-EN Party Printers is a premier wholesale company for personalized weddings and party accessories. We design, manufacture, and sell beautiful products of the utmost style and quality. From weddings to graduations and milestone celebrations, we know the importance of perfecting every moment. We take pride in creating unique experiences in every detail. A creative and manufacturing facility, we foil stamp, print, and screen print paper goods. This includes napkins, matches, cups, coasters, and much more.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our B2B Customer Relations Department. The ideal candidate should have a powerful desire to help existing and new dealers, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities. Experience with inside sales and familiarity with ecommerce is preferred.
The person who fills this position will spend most of the day answering phones, responding to emails, problem solving, data entry, filing and office upkeep.
The Customer Service Associate will learn about our extensive product offerings. The person in this role must understand company policies to quickly resolve customer issues, with understanding that some customers are high maintenance and require special attention. Most of our customers are wedding consultants, party planners, e-commerce retailers, and fine stationery stores. Therefore, you must also be able to positively communicate with customers who may be stressed and very particular.
Your goal is to ensure the best customer journey and purchasing experience.
Job Requirements:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders and
- information requests via phone and email
- Be knowledgeable of products and services
- Upsell to customers by recommending potential quantities, products, or services by understanding and analyzing customer needs
- Answer customer inquiries that may include shipping dates, predicted shipping delays, production time, color combinations, text sizing, and any other relevant order information
- Provide timely and accurate information to manufacturing and graphic design staff about customer orders and issues
- Record details of customer contact information and actions taken via AR-EN
- preferred systems
- Identify and resolve customer questions, concerns, issues, and needs to achieve their satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, in a professional manner and offer clear resolutions to their issues.
- Manage inbound/outbound phone calls and emails
- Consistently seek ways to improve the customer’s experience
Required Skills:
- Detailed Orientated
- Ability to work under pressure while paying attention to details
- Skilled in dealing with difficult customers and quickly providing resolutions to issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in typing with both speed and accuracy
- Proficient in PC computers and Outlook
- Communicate Effectively
- Adept in problem solving
- Outgoing and enjoy working in an open, team-driven environment
Experience:
B2B sales preferred. E-commerce experience preferred (3+ years)
Job Type:
On-site, Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Hours are subject to change)
