Pay Range: $20.80 - $25.70, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional evenings and weekends

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
- Must have Medical/Wheelchair Van or Bus Driving experience!!
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Valid Driver’s License in state of hire. CDL license within six (6) months of hire required if location utilizes vehicles requiring a CDL license.
- Experience: Have a minimum of one year experience in working with the frail and elderly population.

As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs.
