About the Opportunity.
In Hackensack area who consistently works on larger heavy civil construction work. Project Engineer - Hackensack, NJ - (Utility/Water work, Site and Utility) Salary $70k - $90k DOE. They are looking to continue their growth pattern and are bringing on talented individuals to lead this process!
What you will be doing:
- Prepares accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Managing other subs/contractors
- Work on Site, excavation, utility projects
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress
- RFI’s, Submittals, and assisting with Change Orders
What you will need
- 0-2 plus Years of Heavy Civil Construction Experience Required
- Prior experience working on heavy civil work
- Certifications and/or Licensing Requirements
- Strong Written/Verbal and Presentation Communication Skills Required to manage subs and internal employees
