Janitorial Supervisor
White Glove Janitorial is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a flexible, varied schedule that changes based on operational needs and staffing support. While evening and weekend availability is important, we work closely with our supervisors to provide flexibility and advance communication whenever possible.
This is a working supervisor role, combining team leadership, quality control, training, and hands-on cleaning support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial staff across a variety of shifts
- Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained to company standards
- Conduct inspections and address quality concerns promptly
- Assist with employee training, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Respond to operational and staffing needs as they arise
- Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary
