Essential Essentials LLC is a family-owned e-commerce company based in Katy, Texas. We sell products through Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces.
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory receiving, inspection, organization, shipment preparation, and product packing.
This is a small warehouse environment, not a large distribution center. The role combines light warehouse work, inventory-related tasks, basic computer work, and product packing.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments
- Count and verify products against packing slips and inventory records
- Match UPCs and product information accurately
- Complete inventory inspection reports (IRRs)
- Assist with building, organizing, and wrapping pallets
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Update inventory records using Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Coordinate with remote team members through Google Meet and other communication tools
- Assist with inventory audits and product verification
- During slower periods, assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Support other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Light warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or fulfillment experience required
- Comfortable using computers, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count inventory and match UPCs
- Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable communicating with remote team members through Google Meet
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- E-commerce, Amazon, Walmart, or online retail experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
