We're looking for receptionists for an high-end spa that will facilitate the day-to-day operations of spas centers. Receptionists are the first point of contact in a fast-paced spa environment. It’s essential for them to practice excellent customer service all throughout, with the end goal of creating a positive, rewarding spa experience that satisfies customers.
Responsibilities
Greeting customers
Checking customers in
Answering telephone
Answering emails
Taking appointments
Assigning customers to nail technicians
Organizing front desk
Handling cash registration
Processing gift cards and credit card transactions
Data entry on Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Comfortable with basic math skills
Ability to multitask
Friendly personality
Attire
Black top and black bottoms
