Looking for a Behavior Technician role with a consistent school schedule and more variety than working at a single campus? Covelo Group is hiring Float Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students across multiple Sacramento-area schools.
As a Float Behavior Technician, you'll travel to different schools within the district based on staffing needs. Rather than being assigned to one permanent campus, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of students, classrooms, and school teams throughout the school year.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new environments, adapts quickly, and wants to broaden their experience while maintaining a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
- Travel to different school sites within the district based on daily staffing needs
- Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans
- Track and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff
- Quickly adapt to different classrooms, students, and school environments
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- ABA, behavioral support, or related experience is required
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to any assigned school within the district
- Flexibility to work at different campuses based on district needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current BLS certification preferred
