Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Engage with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual interactions, to maximize outreach

- Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar or CRM system
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including data entry into relevant databases
- Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and provide excellent customer support
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency, especially bilingual abilities in English and other languages
- Strong sales aptitude with a focus on outbound calling strategies
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and persuasive speaking and listening abilities
- Customer support experience, with a knack for client services and relationship building
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills
- Knowledge of call center operations, including phone etiquette and handling objections
- Organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems or similar software for appointment management
- Analysis skills to assess lead quality and optimize outreach efforts
- Ability to handle cash transactions if required for specific client interactions
- Fast typing skills for quick documentation during calls
