Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the corporate hospitality market, including B2B sales initiatives.
- Train on-site staff and provide daily goals and oversight.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners to expand business opportunities.
- Utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud and sales analytics tools to track performance, analyze trends, and generate detailed reports for executive review.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, negotiating deals, and closing high-value contracts that align with company goals.
- Oversee revenue management activities by analyzing market data, adjusting pricing strategies, and optimizing room inventory for maximum profitability.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that promote hotel offerings and attract targeted customer segments.
- Manage account portfolios proactively to ensure high levels of customer service, satisfaction, and retention across all client accounts.Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales within the hospitality or related industries, demonstrating success in B2B environments.
- Strong management background with experience leading sales teams or business development management functions.
- Proficiency in sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data using sales analytics & reporting tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals in a corporate or enterprise selling environment.
- Expertise in technical sales of SaaS products or technology solutions relevant to the hospitality sector is a plus.
- Excellent leadership qualities with experience managing executive-level teams and developing effective sales strategies.
