Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crews in delivering outstanding outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure that all landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead landscaping and hardscape construction activities, including patios, walkways, and outdoor living features.
- Manage irrigation systems installation and maintenance to promote healthy landscapes.
- Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate updates to management.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and materials needed for daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture practices.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments or construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and garden management.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscaping projects.
- Expertise in tree care practices including pruning and planting.
- Ability to operate irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
