Job Title: Mobile Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper (Growth to Maintenance Tech)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour + Auto Stipend
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (No weekends)
About the Role:
We are a growing property management team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mobile Property Porter & Groundskeeper to care for our apartment complexes in Redondo Beach and Mar Vista. This is a dynamic, mobile role where you will divide your week between two beautiful coastal communities.

We are actively looking for someone who wants to learn the trades. If you have a strong work ethic and show interest, our lead maintenance team will train you in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair to transition you into a higher-paying Maintenance Technician role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curb Appeal: Daily upkeep of grounds, clearing trash, debris, and pet waste from lawns, parking structures, and walkways.
- Janitorial & Cleaning: Maintain pristine common spaces, laundry rooms, and BBQ.
- Light Gardening: Keep properties beautiful by watering plants, clearing leaves, planting new plants and managing weeds
- Maintenance Assistance: Work alongside our core team to assist with lifting, basic tool handling, and prepping vacant units for new tenants.
Requirements:
- Valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between Redondo Beach and Mar Vista. Auto Stipend will be added to your base salary.
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
