The Account Manager (DCI Management) will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager is the liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our trade show and event services according to customer needs.
Account Managers manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients. They will be responsible for meeting customer expectations by project/job management. The Account Manager will also be responsible for meeting financial goals/objectives (based on approved proposals and budgets), event planning, creative input for customer’s needs, direct management of customer activities, and management of outside contractors.
Essential Functions:
Customer Relations
· Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with existing customers
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our customer needs and objectives
· Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
· Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
· Liaise between the customer and internal teams
· Ensure customer budget is met
- Travel and support onsite trade show/event execution and management
- Gathering information from client for new projects
Trade Show Administration
· Oversee and assure the completion of:
o data entry of show information from prospectus
o booth space orders/financial requirements (invoicing customer, pay vendor)
· Provide details of show service needs and assure completion of:
o Ordering of booth furniture, floor covering, electric, etc. from show contractors
o Coordinating of labor calls, EAC documentation
o Confirming all orders and create show service order summary sheet
o Contacting show contractors for invoices and assign costs to job numbers
· Create floor plans for customer events for submission when ordering show services

Experience/Requirements:
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
