Our client, a leader in electronic materials innovation, is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Adhesive Technologies team supporting research and development, customer collaboration, testing, and product management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures in the development of materials for electronics applications.
- Work on special product development projects as guided by supervisors.
- Gather and analyze data using digital systems and provide rapid communication to supervisors.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and ensure good laboratory practices.
- Document experimental procedures and results accurately for ongoing research and development efforts.
What's Needed?
- An Associate degree in chemistry, biology, materials science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience with curing, blending, and dispensing equipment, as well as maintaining calibration for analytical instruments.
- Familiarity with evaluation testing such as measuring viscosity, tensile strength, and material properties using standard R&D laboratory machinery.
- Ability to independently gather, record, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
