We are a company that thrives on remarkable customer service. PWS is creating a new market in Utah that practically does not exist, unless the product is a few years old. We provide window and door services on any residential product. Ranging from warranty work and glass replacement to modifying units to allow customers to operate their windows and doors.
About the position
Your career at PWS consists of the following but not limited to; you must show up to every job with a great attitude, be prepared to solve any issues the customer is having (replacing broken parts, shattered or failed glass, shredded weatherstrip and faulty hardware). Technicians are required to detect and improvise what is necessary to make sure the customer can operate the window or door. We also provide a white glove service for new window & door packages ensuring that all products are held to a reputable manner. Most importantly customer service comes first. Being a creative problem solver is a close second, everything has a solution!

Location & commitments
· Meet at designated location
· Full time position M-F 745-1745
· Overtime may be required if you are in the field and need to complete a job
· Lunches are not required to clock out if you pack lunches and snacks
· A half hour lunch is allowed and are required to clock out if you want to go somewhere to eat
· Out-of-town trips will be required from time to time. Some may require overnight stays.
Candidate Requirements
· Ladder work
· Clean driving record
· Mechanically inclined
· Able to take on the responsibilities listed above
