Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
- Handle phone communication with clarity and courtesy, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservation details.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to support seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems and update guest records accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest relations across diverse populations.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security during overnight shifts.
- Experience working in resort environments or with hospitality reservation systems is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally at all times.
