We are immediately hiring full-time motivated individuals with at least two years of Residential plumbing experience that can work independently and step in as a leader when necessary. You will travel to your customers’ home to diagnose & troubleshoot their plumbing systems, identify & convey the issue(s) with your customers, and complete the agreed-upon repair and/or installation.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Strength and dexterity
- Clean background
- 23 Years of age minimum
- Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year – Hourly plus commission/bonus’s
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call rotation - typically 1 week per month
- Weekend on call rotation - typically 1 weekend per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay on top of hourly
- Performance bonus’s
- Customer satisfaction bonus’s
Experience:
- Residential Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License Required
Work Location:
- Primary service area – West & Central Pasco, West Hernando County, Northern Pinellas & Northern Hillsborough Counties
