Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
We're looking for a proactive, commercially-driven Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the front end of our sales process — researching target markets, engaging new prospects, and qualifying leads before handing them off to our Sales team.
What you'll do:
- Research target markets and identify companies and decision-makers that match our Ideal Customer Profile
- Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, our website, and other sources
- Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to uncover needs, timing, and fit
- Hand over qualified leads to the Sales team with clear, complete documentation
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
- Track and report on key prospecting and conversion metrics
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR, or a similar role
- Proven B2B prospecting experience, including cold calling and outbound outreach
- Strong research skills — comfortable digging into companies, markets, and decision-makers
- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn/prospecting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects at once
Nice to have:
- Experience in a technical, engineering, industrial, or solution-selling environment
- Background in construction, real estate, engineering, automation, material handling, or tech sectors
- Experience with long B2B sales cycles or prospecting in the U.S. market

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
