Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable construction cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of construction sites, including both interior and exterior areas. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean construction sites before, during, and after completion of projects.
- Remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from work areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuums, pressure washers, and floor scrubbers.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Assist with the organization of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the construction trailers/offices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring lifting and manual labor.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Experience with operating cleaning equipment and machinery.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors and indoors, exposed to various weather conditions.
- May involve exposure to construction dust, debris, and chemicals.
- Requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
