Construction Office Administrator

We are a demolition contractor seeking an experienced Construction Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key position that supports our estimating, project management, and field operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has prior experience working in a construction office.
Construction industry experience is required. Applicants without experience in construction will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify public and private bidding opportunities.
- Obtain project bonds and insurance certificates.
- Obtain permits and ensure all project requirements are met prior to mobilization.
- Submit Dig Safe/811 notifications.
- Create and maintain project field folders and job documentation.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, municipalities, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Print, organize, and/or order project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all project paperwork is complete, accurate, and organized.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to assist with bid preparation.
- Maintain organized project files from bidding through project completion.
- Provide administrative support to company leadership and assist with special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and courteous customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
