About the role
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Success team member to be a key point of contact for our clients and a right hand to our operations team. You'll keep our clients happy, keep our systems accurate, and help our office run smoothly day to day (this shift is usually between the hours of ~ 9am and 4pm, M-F). This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable on the phone, quick to learn new software, and takes initiative during downtime without needing to be micromanaged.
What you'll do
- Answer and manage incoming calls and messages from clients (English and Spanish), and route or follow up as needed
- Serve as a friendly first point of contact, building strong ongoing relationships with our clients
- Conduct client outreach and check-ins (service updates, plan changes, quarterly touch-bases)
- Maintain and update our client management software (Jobber) — client profiles, schedules, billing details, and notes
- Provide administrative support to the operations team: coordinating cleaner schedules, data entry, and light hiring/onboarding coordination
- Help keep our internal systems and records organized and up to date
What we're looking for
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner — comfortable working across software tools (we use Jobber, Gusto, and Google Workspace)
- Background in administration, customer service, or customer success
- Warm, professional phone and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Reliable and able to work on-site in Commerce, CA
Nice to have
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or CRM/field-service software
- Comfort supporting a fast-moving small business where priorities shift
